According to the reports submitted to PROCOR Regional Director, PBGEN RONALD OLIVER LEE, the arrested suspects were identified as Gianne Saluan Laca, 24 years old; Randall Lee Pulacan Dominguez, 33 and Elmer Pakyas Adolfo, 33.
In La Trinidad, suspects Laca and Dominguez were arrested by the operatives of the Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit (PDEU) and La Trinidad MPS after suspect Dominguez sold one transparent plastic sachet of suspected shabu weighing more or less 3.36 grams with a Standard Drug Price (SDP) of Php 22,848.00 to an operative acting as a poseur-buyer.
In the course of their arrest, another plastic sachet of suspected shabu weighing more or less 0.54 grams with an SDP of Php 3,672.00 was confiscated from the possession of suspect Laca.
Meanwhile, in Mankayan, suspect Adolfo was arrested by the operatives of Mankayan MPS after he sold one plastic sachet of suspected shabu weighing more or less 0.70 gram with an SDP of Php 4,760.00 while another plastic sachet of suspected shabu weighing more or less 5.04 grams with an SDP of Php 34,272.00 was confiscated from his possession.
Inventory of the pieces of evidence recovered was conducted on-site in the presence of the suspects and witnessed by the representatives from the Department of Justice (DOJ), media, and elected barangay officials.
The suspects and confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to the custody of their respective operating units for documentation and proper disposition.
