City officials recently commended three graduates of the Saint Louis University (SLU) for landing in the top ten of the geodetic engineers licensure examination.
In a proposed resolution, local legislators commended and congratulated Adrian Philip Alarcio Campos, who placed second; Abjill Nacino Milo, who placed fifth and Ruben Padlan Baysic, Jr., who placed ninth, in the said prestigious geodetic engineer’s licensure examination.
The council claimed that the performance shown by the SLU alumni in the said examination brought another milestone, achievement and pride to the Louisian community and the entire city.
Earlier, the Professional Regulation Commission released on October 29, 2024 the results of the geodetic engineers licensure examination where SLU was able to obtain three spots in the list of topnotchers in the said examination.
The body added that the achievement of the three Louisian topnotchers sustained the long-time recognition bestowed to the city as the education center of the north having produced thousands of professionals who are now working in numerous fields locally, nationally and even internationally.
Copies of the approved resolution will be transmitted to the concerned topnotchers and the SLU administration for information, guidance, reedy reference and further needed action. By Dexter A. See
