UMINGAN, Pangasinan March 13 – A 37-year old tricycle driver was arrested by combined police operatives and anti-narcotics agents after having found in his possession alleged shabu during a buy bust operation at Poblacion West, here, Sunday.
Police authorities identified the arrested individual as Roger Solis Andrino, 37, married, tricycle driver, a resident of barangay Pemienta, Umingan, Pangasinan.
Confiscated from his possession was one heat sealed sachet containing suspected shabu and one piece P500 bill which was used by the operatives as buddle money.
The arrested individual and the confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to the Umingan Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to the filing of the appropriate charges against him before the provincial prosecutor’s office.
