TINOC, Ifugao – The No. 3 top most wanted person in the municipality of Tublay, Benguet was arrested by combined detectives of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group – North Central Luzon (CIDG-NCL) and elements of the Ifugao Provincial Police Office and Tublay Municipal Police Station at Landing here around 4:10 pm Thursday.
Superintendent Glen Lonogan, CIDG-CAR deputy regional officer, identified the arrested wanted individual as Jackson Bastian Mariano.
The suspect was arrested by virtue of a warrant issued by Judge Rufus G. Malecdan of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) in La Trinidad, Benguet with a recommended bail of P120,000 for his temporary liberty.
The suspect will be subsequently turned over to the issuing court for proper disposition of the case of attempted rape filed against him.
