Damages:
* 119,134 families or 526,758 individuals were affected by the typhoon;
* DSWD – CAR reported 41,016 houses were damaged (Partially damaged: 40,548 houses, totally damaged: 2,917houses). Most of partially damaged houses are in Apayao, Abra, and Kalinga Province while totally damaged houses are reported in Kalinga, and Abra Province. Changes in the number of damaged houses are due to the validation of DSWD-CAR.
* There are 21 confirmed casualties in the Region as follows: 16 Dead; 4 Injured; 1 Missing.
* Due to the strong winds, heavy rains, and landslides brought by tropical cyclone Lawin on October 19 to 20, 2016 electrical post and lines of electric cooperatives were reported critically damaged. Provinces of Kalinga, Abra and Apayao are still experiencing power interruptions.
* Php 22.39 Miliion worth of damages to fisheries was initially reported by the Department of Agriculture – Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Cordillera;
* Total cost of damages to Irrigation System summed up to Php 438,441,470.00.
* A total of Php 20.08 Million worth of Rice, Non-food Items and Hauling assistance is extended by the OCD-CAR to affected localities; DSWD-CAR Php 56.61 Million, DOH-CAR 2.65 Million.
* Out of the 58 affected National, Provincial, and Municipal Roads, 2 national roads are still closed. Kennon Road was opened to traffic on October 30, 2016 but is for light vehicles only.
* A total of Php 1,169,713,077.88 initial cost of damages to Infrastructure (priority 1) per reports from the Department of Public Works and Highways – Cordillera;
* A total of Php 2,287,055,765.00 initial cost of damages to Infrastructure per reports from the different Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council in Cordillera.
* A total of Php 2,296,903,052.09 initial cost of damages to Agriculture is reported by the Department of Agriculture–Cordillera;
* POST DISASTER NEEDS ASSESSMENT: Six (6) teams deployed to the 6 provinces of Cordillera on October 14 to 25 composed of CRDRRMC members, Augmentations from the Central, Regional and Provincial offices: (OCD, DOH, DA, DPWH, NIA, NEDA, DepEd, CHED, NEA/DOE, BFAR, NHA, PSA,NCIP, and Members of LDRRMCs to validated and assess the extent of damages super typhoon “Lawin” in the Cordillera Administrative Region.

3. Jessie Hella, 28 years old, from Bulod, Bina-ay, Negros Occidental, died in Lung-ayan, Sagpat, here, due to landslide while sleeping.
4. Joshua Hella, 19 years old, nephew of Jessie Hella, from Bulod, Bina-ay, Negros Occidental, died in Lung-ayan, Sagpat, here, due to landslide while sleeping.
5. John Carlos Hatap, 20 days old, died in Sabdang, Sagpat, here, due to landslide while sleeping.

14. Jeremy B. De Belen, 25 years old, male, from Ganatil Balatoc, Pasil, buried by landslide while sleeping in their house.
15. Aldrin Lambayong Baguiwan, 34 years old, male, from Dusok, Poblacion Balbalan, died due to drownin, his house was washout.

16. Bayle Collado Bakidan, 50 years old, male, from Amtuagan, Tubo, died after being hit by an uprooted coconut tree that crashed his head on the ground.
