KAPANGAN, Benguet – A 21-year old waiter was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant for two counts of rape in his residence at sitio Lebeng, Pudong, here, Tuesday morning.
Police authorities identified the arrested individual as Jeffrey Carias Andizo, 21 years old, single, waiter, and a resident of Lebeng, Pudong, Kapangan, Benguet.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Marietta S. Brawner-Cualing of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 9 in La Trinidad for two counts of rape with no bail recommended for his temporary liberty.
The arrested individual was subsequently brought to the Kapangan Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the cases filed against him.
