BAGUIO CITY – The No. 1 most wanted person of the Baguio City Police Office (BCPO) Station No. 9, facing attempted murder charges, was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant in his alleged hideout at Ilocanos Sur, San Fernando City, La Union, Monday morning.
Senior Superintendent Ramil L. Saculles, City Director of the Baguio City Police Office (BCPO), identified the arrested wanted person as Gabriel De Guzman Ellana, 35 and resident of Apugan Irisan, Baguio City.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Mona Liza V. Teongson-Tabora of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 7 in Baguio City for attempted murder with a recommended bail of P100,000 for his temporary liberty.
The arrested wanted person was brought to the San Fernando City Police Office for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
