PUDTOL, Apayao September 10 – The No. 3 top most wanted person in Delfin Albano-, Isabela facing rape charges was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant in his alleged hideout at Capanikian, here, Friday.
Police authorities identified the arrested wanted person as Inngu Denguray Dacquil, 18, single, laborer, and resident of barangay Capitol, Delfin Albano, Isabela.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Felipe Jesus Torio II Of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 22 Cabagan, Isabela for rape with no bail recommended for his temporary liberty.
The arrested individual was brought to the Pudtol Municipal Police Station prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
