TABUK CITY, Kalinga – One of the top most wanted persons in the Cordillera facing carnapping charges was served a warrant for a similar case at the Toxas District Jail in Roxas, Isabela, recently.
Senior Superintendent Victor Wanchakan, officer-in-charge of the Kalinga Provincial Police Office, identified the arrested the arrested watned person as Franklin Morales Gunaban, alias Mark Gunaban Morales, 20, single and a resident of Gobgob, Tabuk City, Kalinga.
He was served a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Marcelino K. Wakas of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 25 in Tabuk City for carnapping with a recommended bail of P180,000 for his temporary liberty. He is detained at the Roxas District Jail for similar carnapping charges.
The arrested wanted person is facing carnapping charges in Isabela province under the jurisdiction of Region II.
