BAGUIO CITY November 07 – A widower was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on separate warrants for estafa and theft along Camdas Subdivision, here, Friday.
Senior Superintendent Ramil L. Saculles, City Director of the Baguio City Police Office (BCPO), identified the arrested individual as Juan L. Velasco of legal age, widower, unemployed, and a resident of Lower Bayabas, La Trinidad, Benguet.
He was arrested by virtue of separate warrants issued by Judge Glenda Ortiz Soriano of the Municipal trial Court in Cities (MTCC) Branch 2 in Baguio City for estafa and theft with a total recommended bail of P62,000 for his temporary liberty.
The arrested individual was brought to the BCPO headquarters for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the cases filed against him.
