PUGO, La Union – A woman was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant for estafa in her alleged hideout here Wednesday.
Senior Superintendent George D. Daskeo, acting city director of the Baguio City Police Office (BCPO), identified the arrested wanted individual as Margaret Palaci Aguilba, 33, single, and a resident of Alapang, La Trinidad, Benguet.
She was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Mona Liza V. Teongson-Tabora of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 7 in Baguio City for estafa with a recommended bail of P150,000 for her temporary liberty.
She was subsequently brought to the Pugo Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to her turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposition of the case filed against her.
