TABUK CITY, Kalinga – A 32-year old woman was arrested by combined police operatives and anti-narcotics agents after having found in her possession suspected illegal drugs and assorted illegal drug paraphernalia during the implementation of a search warrant in his residence at Hawaii, Dagupan West, here, recently.
Senior Superintendent Victor Wanchakan, officer-in-charge of the Kalinga Provincial Police Office, identified the arrested drug personality as Victor A. Dalanao, Presiding Judge, MTCC, 2nd Judicial Region, Tabuk City, Kalinga.
Confiscated from her possession by virtue of a search warrant issued by Judge Victor A. Dalanoa of the Municipal Trial court in cities (MTCC) based in Tabuk City were. 17 small heat sealed transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline substance believed to be Shabu; one bottle of Sodium Chloride, P11,950.00 cash, one blue tablet; three Nokia cellphones; and drug paraphernalia.
The arrested individual and the confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to the Tabuk City Police Office for documentation prior to the filing of the appropriate charges against her before the city prosecutor’s office.
