BANGUED, Abra – A 35-year old jobless woman was arrested by combined police operatives and anti-narcotics agents after having found in his possession suspected shabu and other drug paraphernalia during a buy bust operation in front of the Abra Provincial Jail at Calaba, here, recently.
Senior Superintendent Antonio Bartolome, provincial director of the Abra Provincial Police Office, identified the arrested drug personality as Jannette Timbreza Alzate, 35, married, unemployed, and a resident of Tayum, Abra.
Confiscated from here by the government operatives were two heat sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu (sold to the poseur buyer); five heat sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu; one white ballpen tube with one heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu; four rolled aluminum foils; one improvised glass tooter; and one 500 peso bill with Serial Number CY967033 as marked money.
The arrested drug personality and the confiscated pieces of evidence were subsequently brought to the Bangued Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to the filing of the appropriate charges against her before the provincial prosecutor’s office.
