BAGUIO CITY – A 41-year old dish washer died after she allegedly jumped out of the window of their rented room at Sumulong St. Holy Ghost Proper, here, Monday.
Police authorities identified the victim as Jocelyn Javier Peralta, 41, dishwasher at The Camp Bar, and a resident at Sumulong Proper, Holy Ghost Proper barangay Baguio City.
Initial police investigation showed that the victim’s live in partner and the owner of the house had a drinking session inside their room until the latter left the duo for him to sleep.
Some boarders of the house claimed that the live in partners had an altercation inside their room until they heard the sound of broken glasses emanating from their room.
The victim’s body was later seen on the creek below the window of their room and was subjected to first aid treatment but she was later declared dead on the spot due to multiple head and body injuries.
Probers are still conducting further investigation on the incident to ascertain whether or not there was foul play in the said incident.
