BAGUIO CITY – A 46-year old laborer was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant for estafa in her residence at No. 124 San Vicente here recently.
Senior Superintendent George Daskeo, acting city director of the Baguio City Police Office (BCPO), identified the arrested individual as Adeline Boyohan Madigyem, 46, single, laborer, and a resident of No. 124 San Vicente, Baguio City.
She was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Emmanuel Cacho Rasing of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 3 for estafa with a recommended bail of P800,000 for her temporary liberty.
The arrested individual was subsequently brought to the BCPO headquarters for documentation prior to her turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
