Your mindset matters. If we back to how we have been living our lives, it goes back to our mindset. If we take a look at our actions, we did them based on our mindset, our attitude, our beliefs. What is going on in our minds dictates our actions.
In other words, your mindset dictates your moves, your actions. Your attitude, your view of life, dictates our behavior. And somewhere in between our mindset and moves is a map which commands our decision making, and our decision making moves us to our actions, our behaviors. That map comes from our way of thinking.
If we are to change our actions, it is important that we are to change our decisions. And if we are to change our decisions, it is necessary that we change our mindset. Our mindset commands our map that commands our moves.
For if we want a better change, a meaningful shift in how we move in life, we need to have that meaningful shift in our mindset.
Go back to how you have been performing in the past 10 to 20 years, they were all guided by your way of thinking.
We have been taught that things start in the mind. Whatever you see out there, it started with an idea. Before there was a thing, there was a thought. And that thought happens in the mind.
You are able to see those wonderful things in the outside worlds because of wonderful thoughts in the inner world. That is in the mindset.
If you want to have a better shift in the outside world, you need to have a better shift in the inner world. In our mindset.
This is why we need to regularly feed our minds with nurturing and nourishing food for thought. We need insights and ideas, teachings and sharings to help us have that meaningful mindset shift. When we have a better attitude or view of life, we will be able to make better decisions that will move us to make better actions.
Tony Robbins once said, “It is in your moments of decision that your destiny is shaped.” This is so powerful! But again, what commands decision-making is the mindset that commands that map. So if decision-making determines your destiny, you want to go back its core: mindset.
So today, start feeding your minds with better learning, insights and gems of wisdom. Keep growing.
