BAGUIO CITY – Some 350 deserving high school and college students will be hired by the city government for their temporary jobs this summer under the government’s Special Program for the Employment of Students (SPES) to allow them to earn additional income for their studies.

Mayor Mauricio G. Domogan announced the start of registration for qualified students who wish to avail of the SPES for this year which started last January 11 and will end on February 29.

The SPES was designed to help poor but deserving students finish their studies by giving them employment opportunities during their school breaks like this coming summer.
