Abra Governor Maria Jocelyn V. Bernos declared the suspension of classes in all levels, public and private, including work in government agencies in the Province of Abra from October 29-31, 2018 due to possible effects of Typhoon Rosita.
Government agencies, particularly those directly involved in DRRM, however, will still maintain operations of their respective offices in order to ensure the continuity of the delivery of services to the public.
