The Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) hauled 39 golds, 39 silvers and 25 bronze medals to place fifth in the 2019 Private Schools Athletic Association (PRISAA) National Games held last May 19-25, 2019 at Davao City.
CAR got golds in basketball, taekwondo, badminton, boxing, weightlifting, and baseball.

This improved their previous finish two notches higher, The Cordillera Region placed 7th place last year when the netted 12 golds, 28 silvers, and 33 bronze medals in the meet held in Tagbilaran, Bohol.
Western Visayas was the runaway winner of this year’s meet with 212 gold, 146 silver, and 97 bronze medals. Central Visayas was a distant second with 139 gold, 128 silver, and 80 bronze medals.
