BAGUIO CITY – A 17-year old minor was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant for robbery with homicide in his residence at Queen of Peace, here, recently.
Police authorities identified the arrested individual as Edward Capua Zamudio, 17, and a resident of Queen of Peace, Baguio City.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Mia Joy Oallares-Cawed of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 4 in Baguio City for robbery with homicide with no bail recommended for his temporary liberty.
The arrested individual was brought to the Baguio City Police Office headquarters for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
