BAGUIO CITY – The 2015 set of officers of the Chamber of Real Estate and Builders Association (CREBA) Baguio-Benguet Chapter will be taking their oath of office during the 34th Induction of Officers and Directors which will be held at the Fortune Hongkong Seafood Restaurant on Friday, February 6, 2015.
The theme of this year’s gathering is “Gearing towards a Sustainable Urban Development and Environmental Protection.”
Noel Cariño, CREBA National President, will serve as the inducting officer for the new set of officers and new members and will also serve as the grou’s guest of honor and speaker.
The 2015 CREBA Baguio-Benguet officers are Mr. Edwin Zamora – Board Chairman, Engr. Mario ‘Jun’Alzona – President, Dr. Cecil Apostle – Executive Vice President and Director, Ms. Jennifer ‘Jen’Mendoza – Vice President for Internal Affairs and Director, Ms. Feliza ‘Fely’Ronquillo – Vice President for External Affairs and Director, Ms. Geraldine Fajardo – Corporate Secretary and Director, Dr. Cecil Apostle – Acting Treasurer and Director, Ms. Socorro Garcia – Auditor and Mr. Leo dela Peña – Public Relations Officer (PRO).
The organization’s Council of Elders for 2015 are Engr. Mario Alzona, Jr., Mr. Edwin ZamoraMr. Lorenzo Aguilar, Ms. Feliza Ronquillo, Ms. Josie Pablo, Mr. Jozak Bautista, Mr. Ernesto Puguon, Mr. Antonio Buenavista, Ms. Jane Cosalan, Engr. Ernesto Panis, Engr. Mario Alzona, Jr.,, Mr. Federico Balanag, Mr. Florante Mendoza, +Mr. George Salvan, Mr. Graciano and +Atty. Teddy Gonzales.
CREBA is a voluntary organization of private corporations, partnerships, single proprietorships and individuals, who are all engaged directly or indirectly in land and housing development, building and infrastructure construction, building materials and construction equipment production, supply and services and various related fields of engineering, architecture, community planning and development financing.
CREBA-BBC is the nucleus of high standard and quality service and harmony with nature towards sustainable real estate developments in its area of jurisdiction. It is managed by responsible, empowered, productive and meaningful advocacy with public interest. It aims to be the major catalyst and pump-primer of growth and economic development in the City of Baguio and Benguet Province.
CREBA-BBC shall stand high and be counted among the outstanding chapters nationwide by strengthening its chapter through quality membership and active participation in different local governments, plans, programs, related issues and concerns in providing shelter to the public.
CREBA National was conceived in the early 1960s and it was formally incorporated in October 1973. Eight years later, the CREBA-BBC was organized.
CREAB National is recognized by the government as the umbrella organization of more than 3,500 major players in the Philippine housing and real estate industry with almost 30 chapters nationwide.
