SABLAN, Benguet – The province’s No. 7 top most wanted person was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on an alias warrant for illegal possession of deadly weapon in front of the municipal hall, Poblacion East, Natividad, Pangasinan, Tuesday afternoon.
Senior Inspector Azalea N. Rabena, chief of the Sablan Municipal Police Station, identified the arrested wanted person as Melchol Caoile Viloria, 50, married, staff of the Vice Mayor of Natividad, Pangasinan, native and resident of San Macario Norte, Natividad, Pangasinan.
He was arrested by virtue of an alias warrant issued by Judge Marietta S. Brawner-Cualing of the Municipal Circuit Trial Court in Tuba-Sablan for violation of the provisions of Presidential Decree (PD) 1866 or illegal possession of deadly weapon which was committed sometime in 2012 with a recommended bail bond of P60,000 for his temporary liberty.
He was subsequently brought to the Natividad Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposition of the case filed against him by the elements of the Sablan Municipal Police Station.
