City Veterinary and Agriculture Office (CVAO) head Dr. Silandro Bested underscored that a good worker makes the world better.
In his message during the regular Monday flag raising ceremony, Bested stated that in a world filled with countless opportunities and challenges, being a good worker holds immense power to shift the course of their collective journey.
