CALANASAN, Apayao – The Apayao Police Provincial Office (APPO), under the leadership of Police Colonel Jefferson Cariaga, commenced the construction of the PNP Pabahay at Barangay Ferdinand, Calanasan, Apayao on January 23, 2024.
Accompanied by local residents and volunteers, Cariaga personally oversaw the implementation of Project “Joint Effort to Protect the Offsprings of Apayao” (JEPOY) in the said area.
The collaborative effort involved tasks such as material holding, ground clearing, and house foundation excavation.
This initiative exemplifies the commitment of the yPasindayaw Cops to furnish secure housing for disadvantaged indigents, fostering the development of a better, safer, and more productive community.
The goal of Project JEPOY is to provide adequate shelter, thereby strengthening and empowering families.
This project underscores the synergy between the APPO and the local government, showcasing their joint commitment to cultivating a secure environment at home, at the same time reducing possible cases of rape incidents in the municipality. By M. Legaspi
