SADANGA, Mountain Province – The town’s No. 5 top most wanted person facing frustrated murder charges was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant in his residence at Betwagan, here, recently.
Police authorities identified the arrested wanted individual as Kiaki Tuma-ag Tao-ad, 67, married, and a resident of Betwagan, Sadanga, Mountain Province.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Joseph Patnaan of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 35 in Bontoc for the crime of frustrated murder without specified bail bond for his temporary liberty.
The arrested wanted person was brought to the Sadanga Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
