BAGUIO CITY, Benguet – Today, Filinvest Hospitality Corporation (FHC) broke ground on a PhP 1 billion (USD 19 Million) hotel investment in a 5,700 sqm-leased plot inside Camp John Hay.
The 25-year lease agreement is with Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) and John Hay Management Corporation (JHMC).
The full-service hotel will feature 240 keys amidst open spaces and natural landscaping, three outlets, a spa, and meeting facilities. The hotel is slated to be completed by the 4th quarter of 2024 and will be operated by the FHC-affiliate Chroma Hospitality (CHI) under the Grafik Hotels and Resorts brand.
Grafik Baguio will be a sustainable development and built according to global best practices in line with the EDGE Green Building Program of the International Finance Corp (IFC).
