BONTOC, Mountain Province – The provincial government under the leadership of Gov. Bonifacio C. Lacwasan, Jr. in partnership with the Technical Education Skills Development Authority is conducting a three-day Community-Based Training on the Design and Conceptualization Cum Color Combination in Loom Weaving in Barangay Caneo recently.
The trainer for the activity is Rose Ann B. Wangdali of Lingayo’s Handloom Woven Products/ Rose Ann’s Fabric Gallery, Weaver /Designer/Manager, while Executive Assistant Adelina Jovelyn Culaling relayed the message of Gov. Lacwasan during the opening.
“This program is funded by our Gov. Lacwasan as a program of BARANGAY MUNA. as he wants to help you to have a better life and to apply the things that you will learn in the future,” she said.
The activity was possible through the joint coordination among the following: Executive Assistant Adelina Jocelyn Culaling and Administrative Aide/CTEC/Coordinator June Vera W. Villanueva, Senior TESDA specialist Christine M. Oliquiano, and DTI-MP NC Business and Councilor Stryke M. Faba-an.
