CAMP MAJOR BADO DANGWA, La Trinidad, Benguet – With the continuous and intensified manhunt operations of Police Regional Office Cordillera from July 4 to 10, 2021, PROCOR Police nabbed 38 wanted persons of which, 15 were listed as Most Wanted Persons (MWP).
Based on the records, Benguet PPO has the highest number of arrests with sixteen (16) wanted persons arrested, next in the list is Ifugao PPO with eight (8) arrests, Baguio CPO with six (6) arrests, Abra PPO with five (5) arrests, Kalinga PPO with two (2) and Mountain Province PPO with one arrest.
Highlighting this week’s operations are the arrest of fifteen (15) Most Wanted Persons, one listed in the Regional Level, three (3) in the Provincial Level, eight (8) in the Municipal Level, and three (3) in the Station Level.
Suspect Warren Dave Batoy Ojmog, listed as No. 7 Most Wanted Person in the Regional Level, was arrested for the crime of Rape.
In the Provincial Level, Teofilo Pangsan Vizco aka “Pillong” listed as No. 2 MWP and Jerwin Angeles Dizon listed as No. 4 MWP were arrested for violation of RA 8353 or Anti-Rape Law while Aurora Costina Manzano listed as No. 9 MWP was arrested for the crime of Estafa.
Meanwhile, in the Municipal Level, suspects Larry Tabbling Bagsao was arrested for Attempted Murder, Mario Julaton Simon for the crime of Estafa, Jimmy Umingle Chog-ap for Qualified Rape, Francis Hoggang Lumigat for Acts of Lasciviousness in relation to RA 7610, and John Paul Dela Cruz Guinucud for Grave Threats in relation to RA 10591. All five arrested suspects were listed as No. 1 Most Wanted Persons in different provinces.
Also in the Municipal Level, suspect Kier Dela Cruz Guinucud was arrested for the crime of Grave Threats in relation to RA 10591 while Mathew Gosadan Malicdan was nabbed for Violation of RA 7610 or Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act. Both are listed as No. 2 MWP. Suspect Robin Cannaoay Domingo listed as No. 4 MWP was nabbed for the crime of Frustrated Murder.
Lastly, in the Station Level, Rogelio Briones De Guzman aka “Taba” listed as No. 3 was arrested for the crime of Rape thru Sexual Assualt, Lorence Laos Oticao listed as No. 5, was arrested for Illegal Possession of firearm and Ammunition while suspect Tomas Utikao aka” Tomas Batliw Oticao” listed as No. 6 MWP was arrested for the crime Frustrated Homicide.
