The training was initiated by PLTCOL RUEL D TAGEL, the Acting Force Commander of Regional Mobile Force Battalion 15 (RMFB 15), in partnership with the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) led by VICTOR T SAYAPEN JR., LT-BFP, Fire Marshall.
In total, thirty (30) police officers undergo training to enhance their technical skills, such as first aid, navigation, rope climbing, survival skills, and knowledge on conducting searches, delivering supplies and survival equipment, and rescuing survivors, among others.
In his closing message, PLTCOL TAGEL emphasized that training and developing skills play a vital role in performing duties and responsibilities as public servants, as implied by PROCOR Regional Directors’ DKP 3-Fold Agenda which stands for “Disiplina at Dasal, Kakayahan at Kaunlaran, Pagmamahal at Pagtupad sa Tungkulin”.
