LAGAWE, Ifugao – The No. top most wanted person of Saguday, Quirino facing attempted murder charges was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant in his residence at Poblacion West, here, Tuesday.
Police authorities identified the arrested wanted person as Julius A. Banaag, 30, and a resident of Poblacion West, Lagawe, Ifugao.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Eufren Changale of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 32 in Cabarroguis, Quirino for attempted murder with a recommended bail of P120,000 for his temporary liberty.
The arrested wanted person was brought to the Lagawe Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
