BAGUIO CITY – Thirty residents of the City benefitted from the medical assistance sourced out by the office of Councilor Arthur l. Allad-iw from the office of Senator Kiko Pangilinan.
The medical assistance is utilized at the Baguio General Hospital and Medical Center (BGHMC) for November and December 2020 for chemo and dialysis treatment, laboratory procedures and for medicines of the identified beneficiaries.
Ten persons undergoing chemotherapy were given assistance of P15,000 each while twenty persons undergoing hemodialysis and other treatment procedures received P10, 000 each for their hemodialysis treatment, hospital liabilities and medicines. The amount of the medical assistance totaled to P350, 000.00.
The assistance was made possible through Senator Kiko’s point person in the Cordillera region, Vic Jimenez, in partnership with the Office of Councilor Arthur L. Allad-iw who facilitated and identified the beneficiaries of the said assistance from the database of patients in their office.
The office of Councilor Isabelo Cosalan Jr. also sourced out medical assistance from the office of Senator Kiko.
