Pudtol, Apayao – Mark Roel, a 22-year-old yApayao and a graduate of Mariano Marcos State University (MMSU) made it to the list of top 10 in the April 2024 Electronics Technician Licensure Examination (ECT-LE).
On April 17, the Professional Regulation Commission announced that 1,819 out of 2,538 examinees made it in the April 2024 board exam for Electronics Technicians. This is 71.67% of the total population of the examinees this year.
Among these 1,819 examinees, Mark Roel Evangelista of MMSU ranked fourth after obtaining a 90.00% average.
Mark is a resident of Poblacion, Pudtol, Apayao. The only son of Mark Roel Evangelista and Criselda Tagala Evangelista. He is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering graduate at Mariano Marcos State Univesity, Batac City in 2023.
In an interview, Evangelista expressed gratitude to all his supporters whom he dedicates his feat.
“I am grateful for the opportunity to have pursued my education with passion and dedication. None of this would have been possible without the encouragement of my family, friends, mentors, and the unwavering support of my teachers,” he conveyed.
When asked on his advice to the youth, he told them to keep pushing forward as they embark on their educational journey as this would bring them closer to their dreams.
“Your dedication today builds the foundation for your success tomorrow. Stay focused, stay motivated, and never underestimate the power of your education. You’re shaping a future filled with endless possibilities. Above all, keep in touch to god and have faith. Keep going!” he stated.
As he steps into the next phase of his professional career, the province celebrates Evangelista’s achievements and eagerly anticipates the positive impact he will bring to the industry.
