TABUK CITY, Kalinga – Two young individuals were arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant for serious illegal detention and rape in their residence at Dagupan Centro, here, Wednesday.
Senior Superintendent Brent Majaco, provincial director of the Kalinga Provincial Police Office, identified the arrested individuals as Jestoni G. Ambasing, 22, single, farmer and Clyfford Safangan Wayaway, 21, single, farmer and both residents of Laud, Nambaran, Tabuk City, Kalinga.
The duo was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Neiljoe Cortes of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 25 in Tabuk City for serious illegal detention and rape with no bail recommended for their temporary liberty.
The arrested individuals were brought to the Tabuk City Police Office for documentation prior to their turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against them.
