BAGUIO CITY – Two persons, including a Saudi Arabian national, are now facing rape and violation of the Anti-Voyeurism Act for allegedly sexually abusing a 19-year old female inside the residents of one of the suspects at Ambiong, here, recently.
Police Col. Allen Rae Co, City Director of the Baguio City Police Office (BCPO), identified the suspects as a certain Noynoy 24, resident of Ambiong, Baguio City and a Saudi Arabian national, 26 and residing at said place of incident.
Initial investigation disclosed that the victim “Nette” (not her real name), 19, a resident of East Bayan Park together with her male friends were invited for a drinking spree at the house of the suspect.
Feeling intoxicated, the victim proceeded to a room to sleep where she was followed by two suspect who allegedly raped her.
Aside from raping her, the foreign national took photos and videos while in the process of molesting the victim using his cellphone.
The male friends of the victim identified as Carlo Cuarteron and Joseph Dela Cruz heard the victim shouting for help inside the room and immediately went inside and rescued her.
Appropriate charges are now being readied against the arrested suspects who are now detained at the Baguio city Jail.
