Camp Bado Major Dangwa La Trinidad, Benguet – 21 individuals were arrested after Baguio City Police Office (BCPO) operatives and CIDG-Cordillera implemented a search warrant for violation of PD 1602 (Prescribing Stiffer Penalties on Illegal Gambling) in the evening of March 29, 2021 at Hilltop, Kayang, Baguio City.
In a report submitted to the Regional Director PBGEN Rwin S Pagkalinawan, operatives from BCPO implemented OPLAN OLEA (Bolilyo) where they are able to confiscate cash amounting to Php 8,644.00 in different denomination; Playing Cards; 1 Hisense Television; 1 PLDT Home Fiber Model; 1 PLDT Home Fiber Box and tables and chairs believed to be used by suspects in their gambling or online cockfighting activities at the said place.
The suspects were further identified as Patricio Tubera Boadilla Jr.;Richard Dela Cruz; Clifford R Bedrijo; Arman T Parrocha; Romeo S Mina; Romel G Balbosa; Ato Dick Javier; Juluis Boado Vallar; Jerwin Garcia Guzman; Rolando Rozon Natividad Jr; Reynaldo Sumalino Niocena Jr; Biliong Santillian Agandres; Cyrus Rimando Bedrijo; Joseph Antonio Molina; Juan Barcena Amistad; Berlyna Paris Padilla; Veronica Nillo Danganan; Alma Ballesteros Boadilla; Maria Rica Guiterrez; Ahleen May M Tamayo and Reynaldo Delosantos Gutierez
