An abandoned male body was reported found in Baguio City. The incident happened on September 5, 2018.
Punong Barangay Josephine Balusdan of Sto. Tomas Proper, Baguio City reported to Police Station 10 that at around 6:00 PM of September 5, 2018, a white Tamaraw FX stopped in front of the Barangay Hall and its driver informed her that there was a lifeless body along Lower Balacbac. That prompted her and Kagawad Elsie Kiswa to verify the report.
They proceeded to the area and saw an unidentified male person in his late 40s was found sprawled in an opening of a parapet in supine position along Lower Balacbac, Sto. Tomas Proper, Baguio City, wearing blue collared polo shirt, black cargo pants, brown leather hi-cut shoes, lacoste red ball cap, and a brown leather belt looped around his neck.
The two barangay officials then reported the incident to Police Station 10.
The case is under investigation.
