BANGUED, Abra – The province’s No. 7 top most wanted person facing charges of illegal possession of illegal drugs was arrested by combined police operatives and anti-narcotics agents during the service of a search warrant that resulted to the confiscation of illegal drugs in his possession in his residence at Laang, Lagangilang town Friday.
Senior Superintendent Antonio Bartolome, provincial director of the Abra Provincial Police Office, identified the arrested wanted individual as Justine Calwing Flores, 23, singled and a resident of Laang, Lagangilang, Abra.
Confiscated from his possession during the service of the search warrant issued by Judge Raphiel F. Alzate of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) in Bangued were one heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu residue; one Samsung Cellphone; and assorted drug paraphernalia.
The arrested wanted individual and the confiscated pieces of evidence were subsequently brought to the Lagangilang Municipal Police Station prior to the filing of charges of violation of the provisions of Republic Act (RA) 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 against him.
