AGOO, La Union – The town’s No. 10 top drug personality was arrested by combined police operatives and anti-narcotics agents after having found in his possession an unlicensed firearm and alleged shabu during the implementation of a search warrant in his residence at Sta. Fe, here, Sunday.
Police authorities identified the arrested drug personality as Paulino Dy, 50, married and a resident of barangay Santa Fe, Agoo, La Union.
Confiscated from his possession by the operating troops were 1 homemade cal .38 revolver with 3 live ammunitions, 3 heat sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu and drug paraphernalia.
The arrested individual and the confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to the Agoo Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to the filing of the necessary charges against him before the provincial prosecutor’s office.
