BAGUIO CITY June 23 – A 47-year old architect was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant for alleged carnapping in her residence at Loakan roper, here, Thursday.
Senior Superintendent Ramil L. Saculles, City Di8rector of the Baguio City Police Office, identified the arrested individual as Maria Leah Nicolas Cusi A.K.A. Maria Lea Nicolas Cusi, 47, single, architect by work, and a resident of Mt. Breeze, Loakan Proper, Baguio City.
She was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Danilo S. Sandoval of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 12 in Lipa city, Barangas for alleged carnapping with no bail recommended for her temporary liberty.
The arrested individual was brought to the BCPO headquarters for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case against her.
