LINGAYEN, Pangasinan – The Provincial Government of Pangasinan led by Governor Amado I. Espino, III received anew a set of book donations from Asia CEO Forum executives Rebecca Bustamante Mills and Richard Mills recently.
A total of 509 books donated by the Mills couple were turned over to Provincial Librarian Cynthia Encarnita F. Vila after their courtesy call on the provincial chief executive at the Urduja House in Lingayen.
