TABUK CITY, Kalinga – The region’s No. 8 top most wanted person facing robbery with homicide with the use of illegal firearm was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant at Purok 5, Bulanao, here, recently.
Police authorities identified the arrested wanted individual as Robert Gunnawa Tayawa, 31, married and a resident of Lims, Pinukpuk, Kalinga.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Francisco S. Donato of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 26 in Luna, Apayao for robbery with homicide using an alleged illegal firearm with no bail recommended for his temporary liberty.
The arrested wanted person was brought to the Tabuk City Police Office for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
