Ifugao – CAR’s No. 8 top most wanted person fell to the hands of the authorities.
Personnel of Ifugao PIB, Asipulo MPS, Lamut MPS and RIU 14 arrested Mario H. Gavino, 33 years old, married, farmer, and a resident of Sitio Nampaling, Namal. Asipulo, Ifugao
He was arrested by virtue of by a Warrant of Arrest issued by Presiding Judge Romeo U. Habbiling of RTC Br 14, 2nd Judicial Region, Lagawe, Ifugao for the crimes of Rape in relation sec 5(b) of RA 7610 and Acts of Lasciviousness in relation to RA 7610. No recommended bail was recommended for his temporary liberty.
The arrested suspect is listed No. 8 Top Most Wanted Person of the Cordillera Administrative Region for the 3rd Quarter of 2018.
The arrested personwas brought to Asipulo MPS for documentation prior turn over to court concerned.
