TABUK CITY, Kalinga – The Cordillera’s No. 6 top most wanted person was arrested by combined police opeatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant for staturoy rape at Purok 6, Bulanao, here, Tuesday.
Senior Superintendent Victor K. Wanchakan, officer-in-charge of the Kalinga Provincial Police Office, identified the arrested watned individual as Eclipton Donnga Gannaban, 28, single, and a resident of Balawag, Tabuk City, Kalinga.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Marcelino K. Wakas of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 25 in Tabuk City for staturoy rape in relation to the provisions of Republic Act (RA) 7610 or the Anti-Child Abuse Law with no bila recommended for his temporary liberty.
The arrested wanted person was brought to the Tabuk City Police Office for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposition of the case filed against him.
