SADANGA, Mountain Province – The region’s No. 9 top most wanted person facing rape charges was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant at Sitio Facrod, Betwagan, here, Friday.
Senior Superintendent Allen S. Ocden, provincial director of the Mountain Province Provincial Police Office, identified the arrested wanted individual as Paul Saya-an alias Panaw-a, of legal age, married, farmer native and resident of Betwagan, Sadanga, Mountain Province.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Joseph Patnaan of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 36 in Bontoc for rape with no bail recommended for his temporary liberty.
The arrested individual was brought to the Sadanga Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
