TABUK CITY, Kalinga – The region’s No. 5 most wanted person was successfully arrested by combined police operatives during an operation at Hawaii, Dagupan Weste, here recently.
Senior Superintendent George Daskeo, provincial director of the Kalinga Provincial Police Office, identified the arrested atned individual as Freddie Gallema Guiawan, a resident of sitio Hawaii, Dagupan Weste, Tabuk City, Kalinga.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant issued by Judge Marcelino K.Wacas of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 25 of Bulanao, Tabuk City, Kalinga for murder with no bail recommended for his temporary liberty.
Guiawan was listed No. 5 top most wanted person regionwide for the third quarter of this year and he was subsequently turned over to the issuing court for proper disposition.
He is now temporarily detained at the Kalinga Provincial Jail awaiting the proper disposition of the court on the case filed against him.
