BANGUED, Abra November 09 – A 46-year old farmer was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant for estafa at Calaba, here, Wednesday.
Police authorities identified the arrested individual as Jefferson Bogaing Fariñas, 46, married, farmer and a resident of Calaba, Bangued, Abra.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Redentor Valera of the Municipal Trial Court (MTC) in Bangued, Abra for estafa with a recommended bail of P6,000 for his temporary liberty.
The arrested individual was brought to the Bangued Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
