The Governor likewise said that while media practitioners play pivotal role in social development there is a great need for the government and the media sector to unite and work together for a common cause.
Calling the members of the broadcast media his partners in development, Gov. Pogi stressed the need to work hand-in-hand in bringing Pangasinan into greater heights of progress.

“This is a form of thanksgiving to all of you who have worked so hard for the whole year,” he cited noting that in return, food and entertainment through the live performance of Banda ni Pogi 3 were prepared by the provincial government to the delight of the members of the broadcast media whom he dubbed as one of his major partners in development.

Meanwhile, Espinosa thanked Gov. Espino for respecting the rights of media practitioners. As such, the new KBP Pangasinan chapter chairman vowed to continue all KBP programs and projects and cited that more activities will be held during his incumbency to ensure that the group will retain its present stature or even surpassed its accomplishments as one of the most hardworking chapters in the entire country.
Sharing the same resolve, Sibayan, the outgoing chairman, expressed optimism that 2017 will be a better year for KBP Pangasinan chapter with an end goal to improve its nationwide ranking being 1st runner up in two consecutive years for having the most number of activities undertaken.
