LAGAWE, Ifugao – The No. 5 top most wanted person in the province was arrested by combined police operatives during the service of his warrant of arrest for the crime of cattle rustling in his residence at Uyo here Friday morning.
Senior Superintendent Constancio Chinayotg, officer-in-charge of the Ifugao Provincial Police Office, identified the arrested wanted individual as Bryan Bacali Dinamling, 28, single and a resident of Uyo, Lagawe, Ifugao.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Romeo U. Habiling of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 14 in Lagawe for violation of the provisions of Presidential Decree (PD) 511 or the Anti-Cattle Resulting Law with a recommended bail of P34,000 for his temporary liberty.
The arrested individual was subsequently brought to the Lagawe Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
