BAGUIO CITY June 05 – A 49-year old man was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant for alleged homicide within the vicinity of San Roque dam, San Manuel, Pangasinan, here, Friday.
Police authorities identified the arrested individual as Wilfredo Duqueza Gatchalian, 49 of barangay San Roque, Sitio Camangaan, San Manuel, Pangasinan.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Cecilia Corazon Dulay Archog of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 6 in Baguio City for alleged homicide with a recommended bail of P200,000 for his temporary liberty.
The arrested individual was brought to the BCPO Station No. 5 headquarters for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
