LA TRINIDAD, Benguet – A 36-year old man was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant for murder in his residence at Cauayan, Bugtong, Guimba, Nuev Ecija, Saturday.
Police authorities identified the arrested individual as Francisco Bernardo, 36, married, and resident of Cawayan, Bugtong, Guimba, Nueva Ecija.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Danilo P. Camacho of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 62 in La Trinidad for murder with no bail recommended for his temporary liberty.
He was the suspect in the alleged murder of a certain Jonathan Pasigon last February 13, 2018 at Km. 24, Atok, Benguet.
The arrested individual was brought to the La Trinidad Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
